Acest instrument practic vizează părțile interesate din domeniul pescuitului din Marea Neagră, inclusiv pescarii comerciali și observatorii de pescuit, pentru a identifica în mod corect trei specii de sturioni, pentru a aplica practici de eliberare în condiții de siguranță atunci când speciile sunt prinse accidental în timpul operațiunilor de pescuit și pentru a colecta sistematic date privind capturile accidentale și condițiile de vitalitate. Sturionii sunt frecvent prinşi accidental în diferite pescării din Marea Neagră. O astfel de captură accidentală poate conduce la deteriorarea echipamentului, întârzieri în operațiunile de pescuit și mortalitate ridicată, în special atunci când exemplarele sunt manipulate greșit. Dacă nu este gestionată sau documentată corespunzător, această captură accidentală poate contribui la declinul populației și poate submina durabilitatea pescuitului regional. -

2023Câinii de mare (Squalus acanthias) reprezentau odată o specie răspândită în toată Marea Neagră. Cu toate acestea, din cauza gestionării necorespunzătoare a efectivelor în trecut, supraviețuirea speciei este amenințată în prezent. Câinii de mare sunt Câinii de mare sunt în continuare capturați în cadrul activităților de pescuit direcționat din Bulgaria și România și sub formă de captură accidentală în toată Marea Neagră, atât cu unelte de pescuit active, cât și fixe. Din cauza acestei vulnerabilități, Comisia Generală pentru Pescuit în Marea Mediterană (CGPM ) a prioritizat monitorizarea științifică a acestei specii și a lansat un program de cercetare special în cadrul proiectului BlackSea4Fish. -

GFCM е компетентната регионална организация за управление на рибарството (РОУР) в Черно море. 22 страни и Европейския съюз членуват в GFCM, като основната цел е да се гарантира опазването и устойчивата експлоатация на морските живи ресурси. През 2016 г. GFCM стартира BlackSea4Fish, проект за предоставяне на научна и техническа подкрепа за устойчивото управление на риболова в Черно море. BlackSea4Fish в момента работи с партньори от черноморските страни по пилотен проект за защита на популациите на есетрови риби в региона, който цели смекчаване на негативното въздействието от риболова и подобряване на мерките за тяхното опазване. Окончателните резултати от пилотния проект ще бъдат представени през 2024 г. Пилотният проект ще включва кампании за повишаване на осведомеността и обсъждане на регионално ниво на важните и критични въпроси, като съпътстващ улов и незаконни дейности, които застрашават бъдещето на есетрите. В частност партньорите по проекта ще работят с рибарите от Черно море, за да се вземе предвид техния безценен опит и разбиране, така че да се запълнят пропуските в знанията за тези силно застрашени черноморски видове и да намерят отражение в плановете за управление на отделните рибарства.

The Strategy also encourages key guiding principles for action, such as science and innovation, inclusiveness, partnerships, and access to finance.

No results found.The FAOSTAT emissions database is composed of several data domains covering the categories of the IPCC Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU) sector of the national GHG inventory. Energy use in agriculture is additionally included as relevant to emissions from agriculture as an economic production sector under the ISIC A statistical classification, though recognizing that, in terms of IPCC, they are instead part of the Energy sector of the national GHG inventory. FAO emissions estimates are available over the period 1961–2018 for agriculture production processes from crop and livestock activities. Land use emissions and removals are generally available only for the period 1990–2019. This analytical brief focuses on overall trends over the period 2000–2018.
