    The Acceleration Zone (AZ) is the Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations’ (FAO) dedicated innovation space fostering creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. A strong visual identity enhances recognition, engagement, and alignment with FAO’s ecosystem. Aligned with the Science and Innovation Strategy’s third pillar and the Global Innovation Model, AZ is pivotal in advancing SDGs 2 (Zero Hunger), 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

    The ELEVATE Incubator Programme, spearheaded by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), is a pioneering initiative to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and foster a culture of innovation within FAO. By nurturing innovations that prioritize sustainability, resource efficiency, and climate resilience, ELEVATE plays a critical role in promoting the future of agrifood systems. The incubator’s success is evident in the transformative projects that emerge from it—ranging from tech-driven farming solutions to novel approaches for reducing food waste. Through its focus on innovation and collaboration, the ELEVATE Incubator Programme is helping shape a more sustainable and food-secure world.
