2021Le présent rapport est produit chaque année à l’intention des membres et des observateurs du Sous Groupe sur les fruits tropicaux du Groupe intergouvernemental sur la banane et les fruits tropicaux, qui est un organe subsidiaire du Comité des produits. Il est établi par l’Équipe chargée des chaînes de valeur mondiales responsables au sein de la Division des marchés et du commerce de l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture (FAO), à Rome, et les tableaux qu’il contient rassemblent les informations dont dispose la FAO, complétées par des données obtenues auprès d’autres sources, en particulier en ce qui concerne les estimations préliminaires.
