2018Инструментом планирования и мониторинга деятельности ФАО является матрица результатов на 2018–2021 годы. В основу этой матрицы положены индикаторы, позволяющие измерять прогресс на каждом этапе цепочки результатов: это практические результаты, итоги и стратегические цели. Матрица результатов служит основой для оценки и представления информации о том, каким образом действия ФАО способствуют изменениям на национальном, региональном и глобальном уровнях. Информация, касающаяся подотчетности ФАО, членов и партнеров в области развития на каждом уровне результатов, а также средств измерения достигнутого прогресса, приводится в Веб-приложении 2.На уровне стратегических целей предусмотренные ЦУР целевые показатели и индикаторы, относящиеся к каждой СЦ, будут использоваться исключительно для мониторинга и отчетности по СЦ. Индикаторами СЦ будут измеряться масштабы изменений по состоянию на конец среднесрочного периода 2018–2021 годов.

No results found.With financial assistance from Denmark and in collaboration with the Republic of Benin, the Fisheries Department of FAO is implementing in West Africa a programme of small scale fisheries development, commonly called the IDAF Project. This programme is based upon an integrated approach involving production, processing and marketing of fish, and related activities; it also involves an active participation of the target fishing communities.This report is a working paper and the conclusions and recommendations are those considered appropriate at the time of preparation. The working papers have not necessarily been cleared for publication by the government(s) concerned nor by FAO. They may be modified in the light of further knowledge gained at subsequent stages of the Project and issued later in other series. No results found.The first detailed study of large scale land acquisitions in Africa analyses the modalities and likely impacts. The study highlights the possible opportunities (investments, rising agricultural productivity and rural incomes), if things are managed well and warns about the risks (uncompensated loss of land rights for the rural poor) if contracts are not properly negotiated and enforced. It makes recommendations to the main stakeholders to make this new trend useful for food security and rural de velopment. -
