    This curricula was prepared under the project " Upgrading the Technical Agricultural Education System in Lebanon, OSRO / 601 / LEB / NET" In line with the strategic objectives of the Food and Agriculture Organization, in particular, Strategic Objective No. 3: “Rural Poverty Reduction” and Strategic Objective No. 5: “Increase the resilience of livelihoods to threats and crises”, prepared by FAO - in cooperation with AVSI and WARD This curriculum aims to train young people and introduce them to areas related to potato production through its application in training and technical and vocational education for the age group of 14-25 years. At the end of this training, the trainee will be able to identify potato varieties and prepare the tubers for sowing, learn about potato cultivation in the field and take care of them, in addition to learning about and applying harvesting and packing operations.

    This curricula was prepared under the project "Upgrading the Technical Agricultural Education System in Lebanon, OSRO / 601 / LEB / NET". In line with the SDG 4, this project was prepared by FAO - in cooperation with AVSI and WARD and based on the Guidelines on Integrated Management of Sustainable Fruitful Pine Forests in Lebanon. Beirut: Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and Ministry of Agriculture Lebanon within the framework of the Technical Cooperation Project: Evaluation and development of a program to mitigate losses in the pine fruit forests in Lebanon. TCP / LEB / 3501 - FAO (2017). This curriculum aims to train young people and introduce them to areas related to cultivation, care and harvesting of fruitful stone pine in Lebanon, through its application in technical and vocational training and education for the age group of 14 to 25 years. At the end of this training, the trainee will be able to identify resources related to how to grow and care for the fruitful pine trees in Lebanon, learn about resources related to pine harvesting, packing and storing operations, and learn about resources related to post-harvest operations.

    This curricula was prepared under the project "OSRO / 601 / LEB / NET". In line with the strategic objectives of the Food and Agriculture Organization, in particular, Strategic Objective No. 3: “Rural Poverty Reduction” and Strategic Objective No. 5: “Increase the resilience of livelihoods to threats and crises”, prepared by FAO - in cooperation with AVSI and WARD and based on a farmer's guide to good agricultural practices for table grapes. Beirut, Lebanon: FAO and the Ministry of Agriculture: Project to strengthen the production and marketing of Lebanese agricultural products GCP / LEB / 021 / ITA - Charbel Hobeika (2011). This curriculum aims to train young people and introduce them to areas related to table grape production through its application in training and technical and vocational education for the age group of 14 to 25 years. At the end of this training, the trainee will be able to identify resources related to vine cultivation, how to establish vines, choose wild assets, grape varieties and grafting, identify resources related to good agricultural operations for vine cultivation in terms of soil, irrigation operations, fertilization and pruning, as well as identify resources related to pest and disease management to reach to integrated control.
