No results found.Al sureste de Bolivia se asienta la región chaqueña, sobre los departamentos de Chuquisaca, Santa Cruz y Tarija. En este espacio territorial históricamente se han asentado los pueblos Weenayek, Guaraní y Tapiete, que actualmente forman parte de la Asamblea del Pueblo Guaraní APG. Su hábitat, que se caracteriza por condiciones climáticas extremas y de alta vulnerabilidad del ecosistema, ha requerido de complicadas estrategias de adaptación y manejo de los recursos naturales, al inicio centrados e n el bosque y el río, luego incorporando con el devenir del tiempo la producción agrícola y pecuaria. Estas respuestas culturales diversas y dinámicas en el tiempo, que son parte de la estructura social de estos pueblos, deben ser reflexionadas y fortalecidas permanentemente.
