    2月份国际小麦和玉米价格进一步上涨,这主要是受到天气引发关切和汇率走势的支撑。稻米出口价格也继续走强,但全球籼米需求的减弱抑制了价格涨幅。 在东部非洲,2月份苏丹主粮(高粱、小米和小麦)的价格继续攀升并达创纪录高点,这是由于受到小麦补贴取消和苏丹镑大幅贬值的支撑。 在南部非洲,年初马达加斯加稻米价格达创纪录高位,原因是2017年大幅减产并远远低于常年水平导致供应紧张,而且货币走弱。 在西部非洲,尽管2017年底获得好收成,但2月份粗粮价格继续总体上涨,价位高于一年前水平,原因是库存补充需求旺盛,加之局部减产和部分地区时局动荡。

    4月份小麦和玉米国际价格总体上涨,这是由于受到主产国天气隐忧和贸易旺盛的支撑。国际稻米价格在亚洲进口需求源源不断的推动下出现上涨。 在东部非洲,4月份苏丹主粮(小米、高粱和小麦)的价格保持坚挺或有所上涨,处于或接近创纪录水平,这是由于受到货币疲软、小麦补贴取消和运输成本提高的支撑。 在中美洲,3、4月间白玉米价格大幅上涨,该次区域多数国家价位明显高于一年前水平。价格的季节性上行压力又受到加工制粉业收购价格上调、国际市场走势和燃料成本提高的支撑。 在南美洲,在旺盛需求和预测今年减产的推动下,阿根廷黄玉米和小麦价格继续攀升。巴西玉米价格也大幅上涨,原因是出口量巨大且预计2018年收成下滑;巴西小麦价格上涨的原因是去年大幅减产和进口价格上涨。

    Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests in the Context of National Food Security 2012
    The guidelines are the first comprehensive, global instrument on tenure and its administration to be prepared through intergovernmental negotiations. The guidelines set out principles and internationally accepted standards of responsible practices for the use and control of land, fisheries and forests. They provide guidance for improving the policy, legal and organizational frameworks that regulate tenure rights; for enhancing the transparency and administration of tenure systems; and for strengthening the capacities and operations of public bodies, private sector enterprises, civil society organizations and people concerned with tenure and its governance. The guidelines place the governance of tenure within the context of national food security, and are intended to contribute to the progressive realization of the right to adequate food, poverty eradication, environmental protection and sustainable social and economic development.

    The Agricultural Outlook 2023-2032 is a collaborative effort of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). It brings together the commodity, policy and country expertise of both organisations as well as input from collaborating member countries to provide an annual assessment of the prospects for the coming decade of national, regional and global agricultural commodity markets. The publication consists of 11 Chapters; Chapter 1 covers agricultural and food markets; Chapter 2 provides regional outlooks and the remaining chapters are dedicated to individual commodities.
