DocumentBulletinنشرة خاصة FPMA #2 - 01 مارس / آذار 5102, التقرير الشهري حول اتجاهات أسعار الأغذية 2015أعدت هذه النشرة من قبل فريق رصد أسعار الأغذية وتحليلها في قسم التجارة والأسواق لمنظمة الأغذية والزراعة. وتشتمل هذه النشرة على آخر المعلومات والتحليلات المتعلقة بالأسعار على المستوى المحلي للأغذية الأساسية، لاسيما في البلدان النامية لتستكمل بذلك تحليل منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأسواق الدولية. كما توفر تحذيراً مبكراً بارتفاع أسعار الأغذية على المستوى القطري التي قد تؤثر سلباً في الأمن الغذائي.

التقرير الشهري حول اتجاهات أسعار الأغذية
2015تراجع معدل الأسعار الدولية للقمح والذرة عن المستوى الذي بلغه الشهر السابق، وتدنى بدرجة كبيرة عن مستوياته قبل عام، بفعل التوقعات الإيجابية بصفة عامة بخصوص محاصيل عام 2015. كما شهدت عروض أسعار الأرز تراجعاً هي الأخرى بفعل بطء مبيعات التصدير بشكل رئيس. في شرق أفريقيا، شهدت أسعار الذرة مزيداً من التحسن خلال مايو/أيار في كل من جمهورية تنزانيا المتحدة وأوغندا، وذلك بعد أن وصلت إلى ذروتها خلال أبريل/نيسان، وبلغت ضعف مستوياتها قبل ثلاثة أشهر في عديد من الأسواق. ولعل هذه الزيادة الأخيرة في الأسعار تأتي بفعل ضبابية التوقعات حيال المحصول والطلب القوي على التصدير على المستوى الإقليمي. في الجنوب الأفريقي، ارتفعت الأسعار خلال مايو/أيار في جنوب أفريقيا، المنتج الرئيسي، رغم تواصل الحصاد لعام 2015، في حين تراجعت في أماكن أخرى لكن بوتيرة أدنى من تلك الطبيعية. وجاء تحسن الأسعار بفعل التوقعات بتراجع حاد في الإنتاج على المستوى الإقليمي. بصفة عامة، كانت أسعار الذرة أعلى بكثير من مستويات نظيرتها في مايو/أيار 2014 -

2005The objective of the Voluntary Guidelines is to provide practical guidance to States in their implementation of the progressive realization of the right to adequate food in the context of national food security, in order to achieve the goals of the World Food Summit Plan of Action. They provide an additional instrument to combat hunger and poverty and to accelerate attainment of the Millennium Development Goals. The Voluntary Guid elines represent the first attempt by governments to interpret an economic, social and cultural right and to recommend actions to be undertaken for its realization. Moreover, they represent a step towards integrating human rights into the work of agencies dealing with food and agriculture. -
