    During the second semester of 2012, project management activities fo-cused on the organization and monitoring of scientific surveys and work planning for the established working groups. Vari-ous technical meetings were held also in the framework of the implementation of the CCLME demonstration projects.

    The last semester in 2015 was de-voted to the preparation of the regional pelagic survey in the North-West African area in Gambia, Mauritania, Morocco and Senegal. The Regional Coordination Unit has also continued to work on the Trans-boundary Diagnostic Analysis and Strate-gic Action Plan.
