Book (stand-alone)GuidelineDirectrices voluntarias sobre la Gobernanza responsable de la tenencia de la tierra, la pesca y los bosques en el contexto de la seguridad alimentaria nacional 2012Las Directrices son el primer instrumento exhaustivo de alcance mundial sobre la tenencia y su administración preparado mediante negociaciones intergubernamentales. En las Directrices se estipulan principios y normas internacionalmente aceptados que encauzan las prácticas responsables para el uso y control de la tierra, la pesca y los bosques. Las Directrices ofrecen orientaciones destinadas al mejoramiento de los marcos normativos, jurídicos y organizativos que regulan los derechos de t enencia; al aumento de la transparencia de los sistemas de tenencia y en los procesos relativos a su administración; y al refuerzo de las capacidades y operaciones de los organismos públicos, empresas del sector privado, organizaciones de la sociedad civil y personas involucradas en las cuestiones vinculadas con la tenencia y su gobernanza. Las Directrices sitúan la gobernanza de la tenencia en el contexto de la seguridad alimentaria nacional, y tienen como objetivo contribuir a la r ealización progresiva del derecho a una alimentación adecuada, a la erradicación de la pobreza, a la protección ambiental y al desarrollo social y económico sostenible.

زيادة قدرة النظم الزراعية والغذائية على الصمود أمام الصدمات وحالات الإجهاد
2021كشفت جائحة كوفيد-19 مدى هشاشة النظم الزراعية والغذائية أمام الصدمات وحالات الإجهاد وأفضت إلى ازدياد انعدام الأمن الغذائي وسوء التغذية في العالم. ولا بد من اتخاذ إجراءات لجعل النظم الزراعية والغذائية أكثر قدرة على الصمود وكفاءة واستدامة وشمولاً. يعرض تقرير حالة الأمن الغذائي والتغذية لعام 2021 مؤشرات على المستوى القطري لقدرة النظم الزراعية والغذائية على الصمود. وتقيس هذه المؤشرات مدى متانة الإنتاج الأولي وتوافر الأغذية إضافة إلى الحصول المادي والاقتصادي على الأغذية. ومن شأن هذه المؤشرات بالتالي أن تساعد في تقييم قدرة النظم الزراعية والغذائية الوطنية على استيعاب الصدمات وحالات الإجهاد وهو جانب رئيسي من جوانب الصمود. ويجري التقرير تحليلاً لحالات الضعف في سلاسل القيمة الغذائية وكيفية تعاطي الأسر المعيشية الريفية مع المخاطر والصدمات. ويبحث في الخيارات المتاحة للحد قدر المستطاع من المقايضات التي قد تنجم عن بناء القدرة على الصمود مع الكفاءة والشمول. والغرض من ذلك هو إعطاء توجيهات بشأن السياسات من أجل تعزيز قدرة سلاسل الإمدادات الغذائية على الصمود ودعم سبل العيش في النظم الزراعية والغذائية وضمان الحصول المستدام على أغذية كافية وآمنة ومغذية للجميع، في ظلّ الاختلالات. -

Moving forward on food loss and waste reduction
2019The need to reduce food loss and waste is firmly embedded in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Food loss and waste reduction is considered important for improving food security and nutrition, promoting environmental sustainability and lowering production costs. However, efforts to reduce food loss and waste will only be effective if informed by a solid understanding of the problem. This report provides new estimates of the percentage of the world’s food lost from production up to the retail level. The report also finds a vast diversity in existing estimates of losses, even for the same commodities and for the same stages in the supply chain. Clearly identifying and understanding critical loss points in specific supply chains – where considerable potential exists for reducing food losses – is crucial to deciding on appropriate measures. The report provides some guiding principles for interventions based on the objectives being pursued through food loss and waste reductions, be they in improved economic efficiency, food security and nutrition, or environmental sustainability.
