    The Gender Asia Pacific Newsletter is issued periodically to showcase FAO’s best practices, achievements, latest knowledge products, and events promoting gender equality and women's empowerment in the Asia-Pacific region. It provides updates on the FAO Regional Gender Strategy and Action Plan 2022–2025 for Asia and the Pacific, highlighting successful gender mainstreaming initiatives, achievements, and field experiences from FAO teams dedicated to closing gender gaps and addressing inequalities, particularly in the context of eliminating hunger and poverty in the region.
