Un suolo in salute fornisce i nutrienti essenziali, l’acqua, l’ossigeno e il supporto per le radici di cui le nostre colture alimentari hanno bisogno per crescere e prosperare. Il suolo funge anche da protezione, per le radici delicate, contro forti oscillazioni di temperatura.
