DocumentOther documentالمعايير الدولية لتدابير الصحة النباتية المعيار الدولي رقم 18 2003يجوز استخدام المعالجة بالإشعاع المؤين )الإشعاع ( لإدارة مخاطر الآفات. وينبغي أن تكون المنظمات القطرية لوقاية النباتات متأكدة من أن فعالية معالجة الآفة )الآفات( المعنية الخاضعة للوائح والاستجابة المطلوبة ثابتة علميا. ويحتا تطبيق المعالجة إلى قياس الجرعات ورسم خرائطها لكفالة فعالية العلا في مرافق معينة وبترتيب محدد للسلع. وتكون المنظمة القطرية مسؤولة عن تصميم المرافق المناسبة لمعالجات الصحة النباتية. وينبغي أن توجد الإجراءات التي تضمن إمكانية تطبيق العلا بالصورة المناسبة، ومناولة رسائل السلع وتخزي نها وتحديدها على نحو يكفل ابرفاظ على سلامة الصحة النباتية. كذلك فإن مسك مرفق المعالجة للسجلات ومقتضيات التوثيق بالنسبة للمرفق والمنظمة القطرية هي أيضا ضرورية وينبغي أن تتضمن اتفاق تقيد، بين الجهة القائمة على إدارة المرفق والمنظمة القطرية، ينص، بصفة خاصة، على المتطلبات المجددة لتدابير الصحة النباتية.
