Synopsis (short abstract) في إفريقيا، تتراوح الأضرار المقدرة للمحاصيل بسبب الآفات من 30-60٪ أو 65.5 مليار دولار أمريكي سنويًا. ويمكن للبلدان أن تمنع دخول الآفات أو انتشارها في أراضيها من خلال بناء قدرة نظم الصحة النباتية لديها على التكيف.يصف هذا الكتيب البرنامج الأفريقي للصحة النباتية، وهي مبادرة تدعم من خلالها أمانة الاتفاقية الدولية لوقاية النباتات البلدان في أفريقيا، من خلال منظماتها الوطنية لوقاية النباتات، لاستخدام الأدوات الرقمية لتعزيز قدرتها على الصحة النباتية لرصد الآفات النباتية وكشفها والتصدي لها والوقاية منها، ولا سيما الآفات التي تؤثر على السلع الزراعية ذات الأهمية التجارية والاقتصادية. تعمل الاتفاقية الدولية لوقاية النباتات بالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة والتنمية الريفية والاقتصاد الأزرق والبيئة المستدامة في الاتحاد الأفريقي. وتجري حاليا المرحلة التجريبية من البرنامج، التي تشمل 11 بلدا أفريقيا، ورؤية لدعم المزيد من البلدان في غضون خمس سنوات. ويقدم الكتيب لمحة عامة عن المشروع ومعلومات مستكملة عن التقدم المحرز في المشروع.

    اعتمد هذا المعيار لأول مرة في الدورة السابعة والعشرين لمؤتمر المنظمة في نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني عام 1993 تحت عنوان "مبادئ ابجر الزراعي وعلاقتها بالتجارة الدولية". واعتمدت المراجعة الأولى من قِبل هيئة تدابير الصحة النباتية في دورتها الأولى في أبريل/نيسان 2006 بصفتها، المعيار الدولي.

    يجوز استخدام المعالجة بالإشعاع المؤين )الإشعاع ( لإدارة مخاطر الآفات. وينبغي أن تكون المنظمات القطرية لوقاية النباتات متأكدة من أن فعالية معالجة الآفة )الآفات( المعنية الخاضعة للوائح والاستجابة المطلوبة ثابتة علميا. ويحتا تطبيق المعالجة إلى قياس الجرعات ورسم خرائطها لكفالة فعالية العلا في مرافق معينة وبترتيب محدد للسلع. وتكون المنظمة القطرية مسؤولة عن تصميم المرافق المناسبة لمعالجات الصحة النباتية. وينبغي أن توجد الإجراءات التي تضمن إمكانية تطبيق العلا بالصورة المناسبة، ومناولة رسائل السلع وتخزي نها وتحديدها على نحو يكفل ابرفاظ على سلامة الصحة النباتية. كذلك فإن مسك مرفق المعالجة للسجلات ومقتضيات التوثيق بالنسبة للمرفق والمنظمة القطرية هي أيضا ضرورية وينبغي أن تتضمن اتفاق تقيد، بين الجهة القائمة على إدارة المرفق والمنظمة القطرية، ينص، بصفة خاصة، على المتطلبات المجددة لتدابير الصحة النباتية.

This document specifies a Land Cover Meta Language (LCML) expressed as a UML metamodel that allows different Land Cover classification systems to be described based on physiognomic aspects. This document recognizes that a number of Land Cover classification systems exist. It provides a common reference structure for the comparison and integration of data for any generic Land Cover classification system, but does not intend to replace those classification systems.FAO acknowledges with deep appreciation the exceptional permission granted by ISO to continue republishing the current editions of the ISO 19144 series as FAO publications. This unique arrangement underscores the spirit of mutual trust and collaboration between the two organizations, ensuring wider and equitable access to these essential standards by Member Nations, technical partners and practitioners around the world.
