2018يسلط برنامج الخمس سنوات الدولي للقضاء على طاعون المجترات الصغيرة الضوء على الأدوات التقنية والسياسية، التي يمكن اعتبارها ركيزة ملائمة للبدء في استئصال طاعون المجترات الصغيرة عن طريق الحد من إنتشاره في الدول المصابة حاليا. وسيعمل البرنامج أيضا على تطوير قدرات الدول الغير مصابة لإثبات عدم وجود فيروس طاعون المجترات الصغيرة بها، مما سيؤدي إلى التصديق الرسمي من المنظمة العالمية للصحة الحيوانية على حالة خلوها من المرض. وسيعزز البرنامج، خلال فترة تطبيقه، الخدمات البيطرية الوطنية بصفتها الجهة الفاعلة الرئيسية في التنفيذ الناجح للبرنامج الدولي للقضاء على طاعون المجترات الصغيرة. وعندما يقتضي الأمر، سيساعد البرنامج أيضا في الحد من انتشار أمراض المجترات الصغيرة الأخرى ذات الأولوية طالما ساعد ذلك في تنفيذ البرنامج الدولي للقضاء على طاعون المجترات الصغيرة. -

البرنامــج العالمي لاســتئصال طاعــون المجترات الصغيرة
2022لقد تعاونت كلٌ من الأمانة العالمية بشأن طاعون المجترات الصغيرة ومجموعة العمل المعنية بالحياة البرية التابعة للمنظمة العالمية لصحة الحيوان والشبكة العالمية للبحوث والخبرات العالمية بشأن طاعون المجترات الصغيرة فيما بينها جميعًا واشتركت معًا في وضع هذه الخطوط التوجيهية بشأن الوقاية من طاعون المجترات الصغيرة والاستجابة لتفشيه وكذا مكافحته في الحياة البرية. وبوسع البلدان استخدام هذه الخطوط التوجيهية لتطوير خططها الاستراتيجية الوطنية المتعلقة بطاعون المجترات الصغيرة. وتهدف هذه الخطوط التوجيهية إلى مساعدة البلدان في وضع وتنفيذ برامج استئصال طاعون المجترات الصغيرة، بما في ذلك وضع الأهداف والسياسات والاستراتيجيات التي يمكن تكييفها مع مجموعة الاحتياجات الوطنية بكاملها، والتي تسهل دمج قطاع الحياة البرية في الخطة الاستراتيجية الوطنية. وسيعزز التكامل الحفاظ على الحياة البرية، ويجعل من السهل إدارة الأمراض في مناطق التداخل بين الحياة البرية والثروة الحيوانية. وإنه لمن الضروري إنشاء آلية تنسيق متعددة القطاعات لضمان الحوكمة الرشيدة والتعاون الفعّال في تحقيق أهداف استئصال طاعون المجترات الصغيرة. ويتمثل الغرض من هذه الوثيقة في توفير إطار مفاهيمي يمكن تكييفه مع سياق وطني ووبائي معيّن. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، فعلى الرغم من كون هذه الخطوط التوجيهية خاصة باستئصال طاعون المجترات الصغيرة، إلا أنه يمكن تكييفها لتناسب أي مرض يظهر في مناطق التماس بين الحياة البرية والإنسان والحيوان. -

Rome, 23–27 June 2008, 26–30 January 2009, 4–8 May 2009 and 24–28 August 2009 2009This document contains the report of the Technical Consultation to draft a legally-binding instrument on port State measures to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. The Consultation was held in four sessions at FAO headquarters, Rome, from 23–27 June 2008, 26–30 January 2009, 4–8 May 2009 and 24–28 August 2009. The Consulation was convened by the Director General of the Food and Agriculture of the United Nations upon the recommendation of the twentyse venth session of the FAO Committee on Fisheries. The Technical Consultation finalized the draft Agreement on Port State Measures to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing on 28 August 2009. The Consultation was funded by the Governments of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway and United States of America.

No results found.This publication reports the proceedings of the twenty-fifth session of the Asia-Pacific Forestry Commission (APFC) held in Rotorua, New Zealand from 5 to 8 November 2013. In line with the "forests for prosperity"� theme of the session, the Commission reported on recent initiatives in several countries to expand value-added wood processing, enhance wood recovery from forest resources, tap new market opportunities, develop payments for ecosystem services and create more jobs in the forestry secto r. Main themes considered were: sources of forest financing; forest law enforcement and governance; promoting opportunities presented by the growing awareness of links between forests and climate change; and mechanisms for capacity building, awareness raising and information sharing, among others. An in-session seminar highlighted the issue of building resilience in forests, landscapes and forest-dependent communities. Main recommendations are included in the report. -

Roma, 4-8 febrero y 25-29 agosto de 2008. 2009This is the report of the Technical Consultation on International Guidelines for the Management of Deep-sea Fisheries in the High Seas held in Rome in two sessions (4¿8 February and 25¿29 August 2008). The aim of the Consultation was to review the draft International Guidelines for the Management of Deep-sea Fisheries in the High Seas which had been developed at the request of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations Committee on Fisheries at its twenty-seventh ses sion (March 2007) in order to assist States and regional fisheries management organizations and arrangements in sustainably managing deep-sea fisheries and in implementing the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 61/105 chapter 10, concerning responsible fisheries in the marine ecosystem. This document contains the report of the Technical Consultation as well as the International Guidelines as adopted by the meeting.
